Description

A delightful dish featuring salmon glazed with a sweet maple syrup and served with a medley of roasted vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the maple glaze over them.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss mixed vegetables with olive oil and salt.
  5. Spread the vegetables around the salmon in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the glaze.
