Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or on the stovetop.
- In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, butter, brown sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat until it reaches a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the popped popcorn and mix well to coat.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then form into balls using your hands.
- Let the popcorn balls cool completely before serving.

- For a crunchier texture, bake the popcorn balls in the oven for 10 minutes at 300°F.
