Maple Bacon Deviled Eggs are a delicious twist on the classic deviled eggs, combining the savory flavor of bacon with the sweetness of maple syrup.

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and crumbled bacon.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with additional crumbled bacon and chives.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- These can be made a few hours in advance; just keep them refrigerated until serving.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of maple syrup based on your sweetness preference.
