- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center to create boats.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly inside the hollowed bread.
- In another bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the garlic buttered bread with the lobster mixture.
- Place the filled bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of lemon juice to the lobster mixture.
- Feel free to substitute the mozzarella cheese with your favorite cheese.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
