- 2 grilled chicken breasts
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of artisan bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash the avocado in a small mixing bowl and blend it with the ranch dressing until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast the artisan bread slices until golden brown.
- On two slices of toasted bread, layer grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
- Spread the avocado ranch mixture on the remaining two slices of bread.
- Close the sandwiches and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.
