Description

A delightful combination of juicy grilled chicken, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and fresh vegetables layered between toasted artisan bread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of artisan bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado in a small mixing bowl and blend it with the ranch dressing until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly toast the artisan bread slices until golden brown.
  3. On two slices of toasted bread, layer grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
  4. Spread the avocado ranch mixture on the remaining two slices of bread.
  5. Close the sandwiches and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure chicken is cooked to 165°F and bacon is crispy for the best texture.
