Description

Delightful bite-sized snacks filled with creamy cheese, bacon, and fresh jalapeños, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 Fresh Jalapeños
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 6 slices Bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Parchment paper (for baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and scooping out the seeds.
  3. Make the filling by mixing cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing gently to pack.
  5. Coat the filled poppers by dipping them into breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the poppers on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with cilantro or sour cream.

Notes

For make-ahead convenience, prepare the filling a day early and stuff the jalapeños before baking.
