Description

Hot Cocoa Brownie Cups are a delightful dessert that combines the rich flavors of brownies with the comforting essence of hot cocoa, perfect for cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
