- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
