Description

A delicious and savory dish featuring chicken baked with honey, cranberries, and creamy ricotta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together honey and cranberries, then pour over the chicken.
  4. Spoon ricotta cheese over the top of the chicken and cranberries.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter dish, add more honey.
  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a salad.
