Description

A flavorful grilled steak bowl topped with a savory sauce and accompanied by grilled zucchini, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. While the steak is grilling, slice the zucchinis and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Grill the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to create the sauce.
  7. Once the steak is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
  8. Assemble the bowl by placing sliced steak and grilled zucchini, then drizzle with the sauce.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
