- 4 slices of bread

- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Place a slice of cheese on each flattened bread slice.
- Roll the bread tightly around the cheese.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the roll-ups seam side down in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
