Description

A delicious and easy-to-make grilled cheese roll-up recipe that is perfect for a quick snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Place a slice of cheese on each flattened bread slice.
  3. Roll the bread tightly around the cheese.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the skillet.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
