Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season your steak generously with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until seared. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness (medium-rare at 130°F).
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes to reabsorb its juices.
