- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for tzatziki)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.

- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
- Adjust the garlic in the tzatziki to taste.
