- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups cooked quinoa or rice
- For Tzatziki: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber grated (squeeze out excess water), 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon fresh dill
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill or oven. Grill chicken 6-8 minutes per side or bake until cooked through. Allow to rest before slicing.
- Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Bowls: Start with quinoa or rice, add sliced chicken, and top with vegetables and feta.
- Drizzle with Tzatziki: Garnish generously with tzatziki sauce.
