- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup garlic butter, melted
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each rectangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling and seal the edges.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with additional garlic butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
