Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pizza Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer, perfect for any gathering or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter, melted
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each rectangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with additional garlic butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
