Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again to ensure the fries are well coated.
