- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup au jus (beef broth)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the au jus, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the roast beef and provolone cheese on each.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the au jus mixture over the rolled tortillas.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve with extra au jus for dipping.
Notes
