French Dip Squares are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the flavors of a classic French dip sandwich in a bite-sized form.

- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it in a greased baking dish, pressing it to form a crust.
- Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top of the beef.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a pocket.
- Pour the beef broth mixture over the top of the dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or peppers to the filling.
- Serve with additional beef broth for dipping.
- Can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
