- Β½ cup Unsalted butter
- 2 large Eggs
- Β½ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk eggs and sugar in a separate bowl until fluffy.
- Fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg-sugar blend.
- Add flour to the mixture and fold until just combined.
- Fill ramekins with batter, about ΒΎ full.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until edges are firm and center jiggles.
- Cool for a minute, then run a knife around the edges and invert onto plates.
