Description

Indulge in this luxurious molten chocolate cake that erupts with rich flavor, creating a magical dessert experience perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
  • Β½ cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • Β½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  4. Whisk eggs and sugar in a separate bowl until fluffy.
  5. Fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg-sugar blend.
  6. Add flour to the mixture and fold until just combined.
  7. Fill ramekins with batter, about ΒΎ full.
  8. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until edges are firm and center jiggles.
  9. Cool for a minute, then run a knife around the edges and invert onto plates.
