Description

A quick and easy recipe for a delicious twist on traditional bulgogi using ground beef.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add the ground beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated ground beef.
  4. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
  6. Serve with rice or lettuce wraps.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
  • Can be served with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
