Description

A simple and delicious recipe for a layered ravioli lasagna made in a crockpot, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add a layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
  5. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the ravioli is tender and cheese is melted.
  8. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
  • For a meat version, add cooked ground beef or sausage between the layers.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
