- 4 large tortillas
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon, chopped
- 1 cup fresh veggies, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Hot sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
- Cook the eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Sauté the chopped sausage or bacon in the skillet until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Layer scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, cheese, veggies, and sour cream on a tortilla.
- Wrap the tortilla around the filling, tucking in the edges.
- Crisp the wrap in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
