Description

A flavorful breakfast crunchwrap filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage or bacon, vibrant veggies, and creamy cheese, all wrapped in a golden tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh veggies, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
  2. Cook the eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Sauté the chopped sausage or bacon in the skillet until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Layer scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, cheese, veggies, and sour cream on a tortilla.
  5. Wrap the tortilla around the filling, tucking in the edges.
  6. Crisp the wrap in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing fillings the night before and storing them in airtight containers. Substitutions for meat and cheese can be made for dietary preferences.
