Description

A simple and delicious Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki Casserole that combines tender chicken with creamy tzatziki sauce for a quick dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cooked rice, diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
