Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chocolate croissants, cut into pieces
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Arrange the chocolate croissant pieces in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, ensuring they are well soaked.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
