Description

A refreshing Cucumber Dill Salad featuring creamy Greek yogurt, fresh cucumbers, and aromatic dill, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic, grated
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • ⅕ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ lb (670 grams) cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
  2. Slice the Vegetables: Slice the cucumbers and red onion to prepare for the salad.
  3. Mix the Salad: Combine the cucumbers, red onion, and dill in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss gently until well coated.
