Description

A refreshing and light salad combining the crispness of cucumbers with the classic flavors of Caprese salad.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into rounds.
