Description

A delightful Crispy Chicken Salad featuring golden-brown chicken, creamy avocados, crunchy bacon, and vibrant greens for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 avocados
  • 8 strips of Applewood bacon
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 3 cups iceberg lettuce
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Season flour with spices and dredge chicken breasts in it.
  2. Fry the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. In a large bowl, combine iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, diced avocados, sliced grape tomatoes, and diced red onion.
  4. Add crispy bacon bits and shredded cheddar to the salad.
  5. Whisk dressing ingredients separately, then drizzle over salad and toss.
  6. Top with sliced crispy chicken before serving.

Notes
