Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the mozzarella sticks in half.
- Wrap each mozzarella half with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Dredge the bacon-wrapped mozzarella in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
