- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are well covered.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the seafood with your choice of fish or shellfish.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
