Description

Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells are a delicious and indulgent dish filled with a rich seafood mixture and topped with a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are well covered.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the seafood with your choice of fish or shellfish.
