Description

A comforting dish that combines tender pasta with creamy sauce, succulent salmon, and fresh spinach for a delightful culinary experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook seasoned salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until flaky. Remove and flake into chunks.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet, then add spinach until wilted.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted, adding pasta water for consistency if needed.
  5. Add the flaked salmon and cooked pasta, tossing everything together and seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.

Notes

Make ahead by pre-cooking the pasta or preparing the sauce in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
