- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles (if using) on top of the shells.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more buffalo sauce to the filling.
- These stuffed shells can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
