Description

Creamy Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells are a delicious and satisfying dish that combines tender pasta shells filled with a creamy buffalo chicken mixture, topped with cheese and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles (if using) on top of the shells.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more buffalo sauce to the filling.
  • These stuffed shells can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
