Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Whisk thoroughly until evenly blended, setting aside.
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Flatten each slice of bread, spread melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, and roll tightly.
