- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Use a 1/4 cup measure to pour the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until small bubbles form on the surface, then flip.
- Continue cooking until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar as each pancake is finished.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
