A delicious and rich chocolate pumpkin tart that combines the flavors of chocolate and pumpkin, perfect for fall.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering, then remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Mix in the melted chocolate mixture until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let the tart cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added richness.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers.
