Description

Rich, fudgy brownies with fresh strawberries and a decadent chocolate coating.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup chocolate chips for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the fresh strawberry slices.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Allow brownies to cool in the pan before removing.
  9. Melt the chocolate chips and dip each cooled brownie, placing them on parchment paper to set.
  10. Garnish with additional strawberry slices and cut into squares.
