Instructions

- Chill the dough balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each chilled dough ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Return the chocolate-coated truffles to the parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
