Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.

- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken on the grill or in the oven for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve alongside your favorite sides.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
