- 2 Ounces mango-flavored orange juice (such as Simply Orange Juice with Mango)
- 2 Ounces silver tequila (such as Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila)
- ½ Ounce agave nectar (such as Tres Agaves Organic Agave Nectar)
- 3 Tablespoons chamoy (such as Tajín Chamoy Mild Sauce)
- Mango wedges (sweetened and dried, for garnish)
Instructions
- On a small plate, combine coarse sugar and chile-lime seasoning.
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of your shot glasses to ensure the sugar mixture adheres.
- Dip each glass into the Tajín-sugar mix until well-coated.
- Add frozen mango chunks, mango-flavored orange juice, tequila, agave nectar, chamoy, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice to a blender.
- Blend until the mixture becomes ultra-smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more agave nectar if desired.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared shot glasses.
