Description

A delicious combination of chicken wings, rotel pasta, and green beans that makes for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
  5. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drain the pasta and mix it with the Rotel tomatoes.
  7. Serve the chicken wings alongside the rotel pasta and green beans.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken wings for a few hours before baking.
  • Feel free to add cheese to the rotel pasta for a creamier texture.
