- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the Rotel tomatoes.
- Serve the chicken wings alongside the rotel pasta and green beans.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken wings for a few hours before baking.
- Feel free to add cheese to the rotel pasta for a creamier texture.
