- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 package puff pastry sheets

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a pillow shape and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine chicken broth and heavy cream, and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Serve the chicken pillows drizzled with the creamy Parmesan sauce.
