Description

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious twist on the classic lasagna, featuring tender lasagna noodles filled with a creamy chicken Alfredo mixture, rolled up and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, place a generous amount of the chicken mixture on it, and roll it up tightly.
  6. Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor.
  • These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
