Description

Caramel Apple Eclairs are a delicious dessert combining the flavors of caramel and apple in a light and airy pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup apple filling
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter, and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball.

  8. Let eclairs cool completely.
  9. Fill each eclair with apple filling.
  10. Drizzle caramel sauce over the filled eclairs and dust with powdered sugar.
