- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter, and bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet in 4-inch long strips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let eclairs cool completely.
- Fill each eclair with apple filling.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the filled eclairs and dust with powdered sugar.
