These delicious Boursin stuffed mushrooms combine earthy, creamy flavors with a satisfying crunch, making them the perfect appetizer for any gathering.

- 1 lb Mushrooms (Small, firm cremini or button mushrooms)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 small Onion (Minced yellow onion)
- 1 sprig Thyme (Leaves, chopped)
- to taste Black Pepper (Freshly cracked)
- 1 package Boursin Cheese (5.2 oz, softened)
- 0.25 cup Panko Crumbs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Finely grated)
- 1 tbsp Parsley (Finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (For drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, finely chopping them.
- Melt butter in a sauté pan and cook the minced onion and chopped mushroom stems for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped thyme and a pinch of black pepper.
- Combine the sautéed mixture with softened Boursin cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
- Mix panko crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Prepare the filling in advance and store in the refrigerator for up to a day before baking.
