- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 g)
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter (30 g)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (15–30 ml)
Instructions
- Activate the yeast: In a bowl, mix the warmed milk with granulated sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
- Combine wet ingredients: Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture and stir until well combined.
- Incorporate flour: Gradually add flour and salt, kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic (about 5–7 minutes).
- Let it rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Prepare the cinnamon filling: Mix Biscoff cookie butter with ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Roll out the dough: Punch down the risen dough, roll it out to a 1/4 inch thick rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread and roll: Spread the Biscoff filling over the dough and roll tightly to form a log.
- Slice and rise again: Cut the log into 12 pieces, place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30–45 minutes.
- Preheat and bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, Biscoff cookie butter, and milk until smooth.
- Finish and serve: Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
