Deliciously crispy baked garlic parmesan potato wedges with a golden exterior and creamy interior.

- 3–4 large russet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a large baking sheet by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Slice the washed potatoes into wedges of uniform thickness.
- Toss the potato wedges in a large bowl with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Mix the salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Add the seasoning mixture to the potato wedges and toss again. Sprinkle on the shredded parmesan.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, skin side down.
- Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper. These wedges are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
