Description

Deliciously crispy baked garlic parmesan potato wedges with a golden exterior and creamy interior.


Ingredients

  • 34 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a large baking sheet by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Slice the washed potatoes into wedges of uniform thickness.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in a large bowl with olive oil until evenly coated.
  5. Mix the salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  6. Add the seasoning mixture to the potato wedges and toss again. Sprinkle on the shredded parmesan.
  7. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, skin side down.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper. These wedges are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
