Description

Bacon Cheeseburger Pretzel Sliders are delicious mini burgers wrapped in soft pretzel dough, topped with cheese and crispy bacon, perfect for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of pretzel dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to pretzel dough package instructions.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. Form the ground beef into small patties and cook them on a grill or skillet until desired doneness.
  4. Wrap each beef patty with a slice of cheese and then with pretzel dough.
  5. Place the wrapped patties on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush each slider with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
