Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pulled pork
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pulled pork, apple cider, barbecue sauce, diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
