- 2 lbs pulled pork
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pulled pork, apple cider, barbecue sauce, diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked rice until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the mixture.
