- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a slice of apple and a piece of brie cheese in the center of each square.
- Drizzle a little honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the apple and brie.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
